Criteria:
• Must be less than 10 minutes in duration
• Must have a budget under $1,000
• Must be in English
• Must be a narrative work (no documentaries)
• Must have a Northeast Ohio connection (absolutely no out of state submissions will be considered for this event)
• Must be broadcast quality (minimum audio and video specs strictly enforced)
We are accepting electronic submissions only. Please send your film in the form of a Quicktime readable file:
